As we all know, there is one industry that drives technology like no other, the adult industry. And it looks like they decided that HD-DVD was the way to go for their HD standard. If you have any doubt as to how the adult industry drives technology, just look at much of the technology that is being used around the internet. Streaming media, live streaming, live chat, chat, etc…. the list goes on and on.
