Popular RSS client Reeder has returned to the Mac in the form of an initial public beta of Reeder 2. The beta is a free download, and replaces Reeder’s formerly centerpiece Google Reader sync with services like Feedly, Feedbin, and Fever. Alternately, the software can be set up with locally-stored, non-synced RSS feeds. Google discontinued Reader in July 2013….
